Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® (FDN) is an investigative approach to health that looks at the underlying imbalances and stressors contributing to symptoms and dysfunction in the body. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I use functional lab testing and clinical correlation to identify patterns across key areas, including hormones, immune function, digestion, detoxification, energy production, and the nervous system. This insight allows me to create targeted protocols that address these healing opportunities and support the body's return to optimal function.

Rather than looking at whether results fall within a “normal” range, functional labs assess how key systems in the body are functioning and influencing one another. By evaluating biomarkers through a functional and optimal lens, we can identify patterns, imbalances, and areas of dysfunction that may not be apparent on standard lab reviews. Functional testing provides a more detailed picture of what may be contributing to your symptoms and helps us better understand why you feel the way you do. This deeper level of insight allows us develop a more personalized approach to supporting your health.

I'm happy to review bloodwork completed within the last two months through a functional, non-diagnostic lens. In many cases, existing lab work can provide valuable insights and help us avoid unnecessary testing.
Depending on your health history, symptoms, and goals, additional functional testing may still be recommended to provide a more comprehensive picture of your health and help identify underlying factors that may not be reflected in standard bloodwork.

My goal is not to put you on an overly restrictive plan. I focus on building sustainable habits that fit your life while supporting your health goals. All clients are asked to eliminate gluten, alcohol, and refined sugar during their protocols, with further dietary guidance tailored to your individual needs.

Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance. As a non-licensed practitioner, I work outside the conventional disease-and-diagnosis model, focusing instead on functional health and root-cause investigation through non-diagnostic testing.

Please reach out to me directly for program pricing. My fees are broken into two parts: coaching fees and lab costs. Payment plans are available for coaching fees but labs must be paid in full up front. I do not markup lab costs. Additional costs not included in my program fees include supplements (costs will vary based on your protocol; as a client you’ll receive my 20% Fullscript discount) and the blood draw required for MRT food sensitivity testing.
